## About the Role We are looking for a Python API Backend Developer with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in building API-driven applications using FastAPI (or Flask/Django). The ideal candidate should possess strong Python fundamentals, be proactive in learning, and contribute effectively to team collaboration and best practices. ## Key Responsibilities - Develop, test, and maintain RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django). - Integrate external APIs and expose internal services. - Write clean, modular, and well-documented code. - Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB, using ORMs where required. - Collaborate with frontend/mobile teams for smooth integration and data flow. - Handle CSV, Excel, and JSON data ingestion and transformation tasks. - Clean and preprocess raw data for APIs, dashboards, or internal tools. - Write Python scripts for automating data collection and processing workflows. - Support API integrations with internal dashboards or data platforms. - Perform basic data validation, QA checks, and debugging. ## Required Skills & Experience - 3+ years of experience in Python API development. - Strong understanding of Python fundamentals. - Knowledge of RESTful API concepts and HTTP methods. - Basic SQL and relational database understanding. - Experience with pandas, JSON handling, and CSV processing. - Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, or Django. - Comfort with Git and collaboration tools like GitHub/GitLab. - Experience using API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger/OpenAPI. - Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn. ## Skills required - Python, REST API, FastAPI/Flask/Django - SQL, PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB - HTTP, JSON, Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman - GitHub/GitLab - HTML, CSS (basic understanding) - English Proficiency (Written & Spoken) ## Additional Requirement - GitHub ID must be shared along with the resume ## Qualification - Graduate / Postgraduate ## Experience Required - 3+ years ## CTC Range - 7-8 LPA ## Location - Maleeshwaram, Bangalore & IIT Powai, Mumbai (Work From Office) ## Work Schedule - Full-time | Monday–Friday | 9 AM – 7 PM ## Joining - Immediate
