Software Engineer (Mobile App – React Native / Swift / UI/UX

## About the role We are building DAYLI, a lifestyle-technology app focused on personal growth, weight-loss systems, financial organization, trading education, and daily habit building. This role is ideal for a developer who is excited about early-stage products, clean user experience, rapid prototyping, and building something transformational from the ground up. ## Responsibilities - Build and maintain the DAYLI mobile app (iOS first; Android phase two) - Develop clean, responsive UI based on existing brand elements and wireframes - Integrate backend services, authentication, logging, dashboards, and user flows - Attend weekly or bi-weekly check-ins via email and Google Meet - Collaborate directly with the Founder to set roadmap priorities - Provide recommendations for structure, architecture, hosting, and security - Assist with testing, bug fixes, and continuous improvement ## Requirements - Strong experience in React Native OR Swift/SwiftUI - Solid understanding of clean, modern UI and smooth animations - Experience with Firebase or similar backend tools is helpful - Ability to work independently with accountability - Must be willing to sign an NDA prior to starting work - Comfortable with documented progress updates via email and Google Meet ## Compensation - Monthly stipend (discussed during interview) until launch - Revenue-based upgrade to full developer pay once monetization begins - Optional equity conversation after MVP completion - Flexible hours with milestone-based expectations ## About the Founder DAYLI LLC is a growth ecosystem — government contracting, digital products, personal development systems, and now tech.
