Fullstack Developer

## About the role * Build and deploy migrations, upgrades, and customizations to support unique customer workflows. * Develop scalable full-stack features using Python on backend and React + TypeScript on frontend. * Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices. * Produce testable, production-ready features and ensure high quality through debugging and code reviews. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert customer needs into technical solutions. * Design and optimize SQL/NoSQL data models, schemas, and queries for performance. * Communicate updates and technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. * Stay updated with new technologies and suggest improvements to systems and workflows. ## Preferred candidate profile * 5-8 years of experience building and deploying full-stack web applications. * Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. * Strong proficiency in Python for backend and React for frontend development. * Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and query optimization. * Ability to write scalable, secure, and maintainable code. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused approach. * Self-driven team player who thrives in fast-paced environments. * Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
