## About the role We are looking for a Frontend Developer (SDE II) who is passionate about building high-performance, scalable, and elegant interfaces. You will work closely with our product, design, and backend teams to develop user-centric features, improve performance, and elevate the overall UI/UX of the platform. Join us in shaping the future of no-code dashboards, AI-driven analytics, and data automation. ## Responsibilities - Build, optimize, and maintain high-quality frontend features for the Supaboard platform. - Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect implementations. - Work with React.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and modern frontend tooling. - Implement complex interactions, chart visualizations, and dynamic dashboards. - Optimize application performance, bundle size, rendering speed, and responsiveness. - Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs seamlessly. - Review code, mentor junior developers, and follow engineering best practices. - Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and maintain high code quality. - Contribute to architectural decisions and help plan new product features. ## Requirements - 3–5 years of experience as a Frontend Developer or Software Engineer (SDE). - Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.js. - Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, Jotai, or similar). - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS, responsive and adaptive design. - Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, or WebSockets. - Understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques. - Familiarity with build tools: Vite, Webpack, Babel, etc. - Experience with version control (Git) and code review practices. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code. ## Nice to have - Experience with data visualization libraries like ECharts, Recharts, or D3.js. - Exposure to dashboards, BI tools, or analytics platforms. - Understanding of CI/CD, testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library). - Experience working in SaaS or fast-paced startup environments. - Knowledge of UI performance profiling and debugging tools. ## What we offer - Competitive salary: ₹7–12 LPA based on experience. - Work-from-office environment with a collaborative team. - Opportunity to own significant product features. - Fast-paced learning environment with real impact. - An opportunity to shape a growing product used by global teams.
