## About the role We're looking for a skilled Front-End Developer who can turn product ideas into smooth, polished, and high-performing user interfaces. You'll play a key role in building our web experience — from crafting reusable components to optimizing performance and collaborating on new features end-to-end. If you enjoy solving UI problems, pushing the limits of modern frameworks, and building beautiful, functional interfaces that users love interacting with, this role is right up your alley. ## Responsibilities - Develop responsive, scalable UI components using React / Next.js (or your frontend stack). - Collaborate with designers to translate Figma/XD mockups into clean, production-ready pages. - Integrate APIs and ensure seamless communication with backend systems. - Optimize performance, accessibility, and front-end architecture. - Maintain and extend the component library and design system. - Troubleshoot UI bugs, manage state logically, and improve user flows. - Work closely with product and engineering teams to plan and build new features. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving frontend best practices. ## Qualifications - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks (React required). - Experience with state management tools like Redux, Zustand, or Context API. - Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous workflows. - Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows. - Knowledge of responsiveness, accessibility, and UI performance optimization. ## Bonus points for - Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, or Material UI - Familiarity with component testing (Jest, React Testing Library) - Basic understanding of CI/CD workflows - A strong portfolio or GitHub demonstrating real projects
