## About the role Ivynest is an AI-powered retrofit platform helping property owners, landlords, and contractors design, fund, and deliver low-carbon upgrades. We automate retrofit plans, energy savings forecasts, and compliance — making energy efficiency accessible, profitable, and scalable. We're looking for a Marketing & Sales Intern to support our next growth phase. You'll help us attract new users, strengthen partnerships, and refine our online presence. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in PropTech, sustainability, and growth marketing while working directly with our CEO and Heads of Growth. ## Responsibilities - Support marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, HubSpot, and email outreach. - Assist with sales materials, brochures, and partner presentations. - Research and engage potential leads (property investors, retrofit assessors, contractors). - Help monitor campaign analytics and report key performance metrics. - Contribute to content creation — posts, case studies, newsletters. ## What We're Looking For - Passion for sustainability, energy efficiency, or property technology. - Strong communication and writing skills. - Organised, proactive, and eager to learn. - Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (HubSpot, Canva, LinkedIn, etc.). - Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, or related fields welcome. ## What's in it for You - Work closely with a fast-growing climate-tech startup. - Learn hands-on growth & marketing strategy execution. - Flexible hours and fully remote work. - Option to extend into a long-term position or paid role after internship. ## About the company Learn more at ivynest.co.uk
