Staff Product Engineer (Hybrid)

## About the role We are a fundraising company for animal non-profits ## Responsibilities - Create and execute UX/UI designs for our platform - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products - Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs - Ensure designs are accessible and responsive across all devices ## Requirements - Currently enrolled in a UX/UI design program or have equivalent experience - Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Portfolio showcasing a range of design work ## What we offer - Competitive salary of $1k – $2k - No equity offered - Opportunity to work on impactful projects for animal non-profits - Collaborative and creative work environment - Professional development and growth opportunities
