## About the Role We are on a mission to save 2M lives by bridging the communication gap between parents and babies through AI-driven health detection. With a target of 10M downloads in Year 1, we need a Lead Engineer to architect our core stack. This is a high-autonomy, equity-driven role for a master craftsman. Expertise in memory architecture, context-rot, and multi-agent systems. - **Deep Learning**: Ability to fine-tune audio classification models and optimize multi-modal architectures (YOLO, ViT, CNNs). - **Execution**: We value results over traditional metrics.
