Founding Software Engineer

## About the role At OpenBK, we are developing an AI-enabled student assessment platform for Higher Education. We are looking for a full-stack Senior Software Engineer to co-lead software architecture and development efforts. You will be working closely with the founders and lead development on back-end, front-end, and LLM integration for the OpenBook AI platform. ## Responsibilities - Co-lead software architecture and development efforts. - Work closely with the founders. - Lead development on back-end, front-end, and LLM integration for the OpenBook AI platform. ## Requirements - Experience in developing and deploying production-grade software. - Proficiency in the core programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python). - Proficiency in database management systems (PostgreSQL). - Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS). - Experience building native apps that are widely used is a big plus. ## Location and Eligibility - The position is remote. - The candidate should be based in the US. - The candidate must be authorized to work without requiring a visa sponsorship.
