We're backed by investors and partnered with leading academic institutions, and we're now scaling from MVP to a product that can reach millions. ## The Role We're looking for a CTO and founding team member to own Connectome's technical roadmap and execution. This is not just a management role — you'll be hands-on in the early stages, setting architecture, shipping code, and shaping the engineering culture. You'll: - Lead full-stack development of our app, dashboard, and APIs. - Build secure, scalable pipelines for integrating scan, wearable, and behavioral data. - Guide the use of AI/LLMs and autonomous agents to deliver personalized insights. - Define and implement the technical vision and standards that will allow us to scale. - Recruit and lead a high-performing engineering team. - Work directly with the founders to align product, science, and commercial strategy with technical execution. ## About You We're looking for someone who sees this as more than a job.
