## About the Role
Starfish Space is growing fast and looking for a Finance Manager to help scale the finance function. Finance is a lean team at Starfish; you'll be responsible for a range of results, from prepping fundraising materials to accounting to vendor management. We're looking for a versatile, strong generalist who can help define and build the finance function and occasionally help with other areas of the company. We are not looking for a specific type of prior finance experience - you could own a number of different finance functions depending on your background and interests. This is a great opportunity to grow with the company and build a business around technology that can change the trajectory of the space industry and humanity's expansion off Earth.

## Qualifications
- US person (citizen or permanent resident)
- Willing to work from our Tukwila, WA headquarters several days per week
- Capable of working a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment where job tasks may change regularly
- College degree or equivalent experience
## Desired Experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills along with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Previous experience owning and solving challenging business problems in a fast-paced environment
- Previous startup, finance, or consulting experience
- Previous exposure to one or more disciplines within corporate finance
## ITAR Requirements
