Technical experience is helpful, but what we really want is a leader with the courage and determination to change how hospitals connect and how patients receive care. ## Responsibilities - Guide 1WAV from early deployments to national adoption - Work hand in hand with clinicians, hospital IT teams, and patients to shape the product - Oversee pilots, refine the roadmap, and help bring new models of care into the home - Collaborate with founders, carriers, and partners to push the limits of what is possible ## What We Offer - Significant equity, because we want someone who will think and act like an owner. - Preferred location is Seattle, Miami, or Austin. ## About the Company Hospitals today run on fragile networks that were never designed for modern medicine.
