Full Stack Web3 Developer

## About the Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Web3 Developer to join our blockchain project team. In this role, you'll take ownership of building, maintaining, and improving the end-to-end dApp experience — from smart contract integration to backend infrastructure to frontend user experience. You will play a key part in developing all technical components required to run and scale the platform independently. ## Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with design, product, and operations teams to define and deliver new features and dApps. - Architect and implement front-end and back-end systems for on-chain applications and user-facing products. - Integrate smart contracts and blockchain services into the application stack. - Write clean, secure, and efficient code across the stack — APIs, smart contract interfaces, UI components, and databases. - Build and maintain admin dashboards, user interfaces, and token utility integrations. - Monitor technical performance, optimize scalability, and ensure security best practices. - Conduct code reviews, write automated tests, and deploy production-grade software. - Maintain documentation and assist with internal handovers and onboarding. - Stay current with the latest Web3, blockchain, and software development trends. ## Requirements - Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. - 3–5+ years in full stack development, including 1–2+ years in blockchain/Web3. - Strong experience with Ethereum and/or Solana ecosystems (Solidity, Rust, ERC-20, SPL). - Familiarity with smart contract deployment and upgrade patterns. - Skilled in ethers.js, web3.js, WalletConnect, MetaMask, IPFS. - Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, CSS frameworks. - Backend: Node.js, Express, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, integration with RPC nodes/indexing services (The Graph, Alchemy, Moralis). - Experience with authentication, role-based access, and secure API design. - Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, cloud deployment (Vercel, AWS, GCP). - Experience building admin panels, token tools, or blockchain explorers. - Comfortable with collaboration tools (Figma, Notion, Slack, Jira). ## Preferred / Bonus - Experience launching a token project. - Background in staking, governance, or DeFi protocols. - Familiarity with multisig wallets (Gnosis Safe, Fireblocks). - Exposure to RWA (real-world asset) tokenization. ## Personal Attributes - Strong attention to detail with a focus on security. - Independent, accountable, and proactive in a fast-paced startup environment. - Passionate about blockchain and decentralized systems. - Eager to suggest improvements and drive technical innovation.
