Junior Full-Stack Engineer

## About the role Full-time contract with flexible hours Fully Remote (with one monthly in-person meeting) ## About the company We are a fast-growing, innovative startup looking for a Full Stack Developer (all levels) to join our team and help us build AI agents! If you think you're a flexible and energetic person this might be the right role for you! ## Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain the customer dashboard with a strong emphasis on UX/UI. - Optimize front-end performance. - Integrate with backend services and APIs. - Solve some AI engineering related problems. ## Requirements ### Core Tech Stack - Next.js (including App Router and Server Components) - Node.js (and Express.js) - React - TypeScript - Tailwind CSS - Postgres ### Bonus Skills - Experience or strong interest in AI/context Engineering, such as making requests through OpenAI APIs, building RAG systems, etc. ### Soft Skills - Flexible and adaptable mindset in a startup environment - Willingness to learn and experiment with new tech - Passion for programming - Self-discipline needed for remote work, and open to regular in-person meetings ### Location Requirements - Must be located in or near Northern Italy (or easily able to attend monthly in-person meetings) ## What We Offer - Space for fast professional growth - Flexible and modern remote work environment - Hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies - High-impact role: your work will directly shape our product - Young, friendly, and motivated team
