Design and evolve reliable cloud platform capabilities; Improve AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, monitoring, and operational patterns; Partner with engineers to understand needs and make safe, maintainable choices; Take ownership of work from problem definition through delivery and learning; Strengthen observability, resilience, security, and incident readiness; Help build reusable tooling, guardrails, and self-service foundations; Contribute to platform standards across Cloud Infrastructure, DBA, and DevX; Support business-critical services through the shared on-call rota.
