Senior Full Stack AI Engineer (React / Node) [J213]

## About the role - Design and develop end-to-end applications using full stack technologies (React, NodeJS, TypeScript, SQL/NoSQL, Python). - Build and deploy AI-powered features (RAG pipelines, vector storage integrations, LLM fine-tuning, multi-agent systems). - Apply software engineering best practices: OOP principles, asynchronous programming, lazy loading, and scalable architectures. - Work with ML services to enable intelligent application features. - Translate AI prototypes and ideas into production-ready applications, ensuring proper QA, deployment, and security. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale applications and support continuous delivery of AI-driven features. ## Required Qualifications - 5+ years of professional full stack development experience. - Strong proficiency in Python (must-have) and at least one modern full stack framework (React, NodeJS, TypeScript, SQL/NoSQL). - Solid software engineering fundamentals: OOP, asynchronous programming, lazy loading, design patterns. - Experience delivering production-level applications with CI/CD, testing, and security practices. - Track record of scaling applications from concept to production. ## Nice to Have - Hands-on experience with AI/ML services. - Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Elastic, etc.). - Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering. - Knowledge of multi-agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen). - Background in AI ethics, Responsible AI, and secure deployments. ## What we offer you - Attractive salary - Large freedom and real influence - No unhealthy competition, team approach to meeting challenges - Remote-first, flexible working culture - Company apartments in cool cities across Europe: work and enjoy a memorable getaway ## About the company We are a software house with 18 years of experience and a global portfolio of projects.
