## About the Role The AI Education Strategy Team drives the global expansion of Elice LXP, our AI-powered learning platform, serving as both Tech Sales and Tech PM in the B2B space. We've established presence in Singapore, Thailand, and Bhutan, and built solid references by winning public sector contracts with organizations including Singapore's Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Education, Brunei, and Indonesia. This team goes beyond reselling—we analyze markets firsthand, identify and manage local partners, and localize products to meet regional requirements. We navigate each country's procurement systems, budget structures, and education policies to execute phased strategies from proposal development through PoC, pilot operations, and final contracts. Building on our Singapore success, we're expanding globally around key themes: AI Talent Development, AX (AI Transformation) Adoption, and Sovereign AI. Enjoy the ultimate growth opportunity to develop fullstack development capabilities using the latest technology stack in the rapidly growing global EdTech environment! ## Key Responsibilities ### AI Agent Platform Development - Develop and continuously maintain EdTech AI Agent user interfaces - Build modern web applications based on React, Node.js, TypeScript - Design intuitive and responsive interfaces optimized for user experience ### Backend System Construction and Management - Develop Python-based APIs and design/manage databases - Design architecture considering system scalability and optimize performance - Manage deployment and operations in cloud service environments ### Integration and Quality Assurance - Develop system integrations with LMS/LXP platforms - Support customized system integration for each pilot institution - Perform comprehensive system performance testing and quality management ## Requirements - Must reside in Singapore - Proficiency in Python and SQL programming - Basic knowledge of fullstack development (React, Node.js, TypeScript) - Understanding of database design and management - Experience with cloud services or willingness to learn - Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse team members - Ability to enhance work efficiency and optimize performance using AI tools ## Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field - Experience in LMS/LXP platform development or integration - Project experience in EdTech or educational technology fields - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP - Experience with development tools such as Git, Docker - Experience with Agile development methodology
