## About Take2 AI Take2 builds AI Interviewers that automate the entire screening process — reviewing resumes, conducting structured phone screens, and scheduling next steps. Today, our customers are leading healthcare organizations. Every month, we help hospitals and health systems hire faster, reduce recruiting overhead, and fill critical clinical roles more quickly. When healthcare organizations hire faster, patient care improves. Staffing gaps shrink. Burnout decreases. The ripple effects are real. We already power thousands of candidate conversations each month. Now we're scaling to millions — at a time when healthcare workforce infrastructure needs transformation. ## About the Role This is a greenfield moment for Take2. As we scale from thousands to millions of candidate interactions, we're expanding workflows, evolving our UI systems, and building new AI-powered capabilities for our customers. We're hiring a Product Engineer – Fullstack to help define the next generation of our platform, leading major feature initiatives, architecting scalable systems, evolving our frontend foundations, and helping set the technical standards that will carry us from thousands to millions of interactions. ## What You'll Work On - Design and ship new product workflows end-to-end (DB → API → UI) - Build rich, responsive interfaces used across enterprise teams - Help evolve and scale our design system - Improve performance and reliability as we scale from thousands to millions of interactions - Partner closely with product and design to turn ambiguous ideas into elegant shipped solutions - Shape engineering standards, patterns, and technical direction as an early key team member ## Why This Role Is Different - High ownership: You'll influence both what we build and how we build it. - Product exposure: Engineers here shape roadmap decisions — not just implementation details. - Scale inflection point: You'll help architect systems before and during rapid growth. - Career growth: As the product expands, so does your scope — technical leadership, architecture ownership, or broader product influence. ## What We're Looking For We care more about impact than pedigree — but here's what tends to work well: You likely have: - Experience building production software, ideally across the stack, from database design and API contracts through frontend implementation. - Strong frontend depth in React and TypeScript, including architecting complex user interfaces, managing state thoughtfully, and building systems that remain maintainable as the product grows. - Experience designing and consuming APIs, with an understanding of data modeling, performance tradeoffs, and how to structure services for clarity and scalability. - Experience building backend services (Node.js or similar) and making pragmatic architectural decisions as systems scale. - Experience significant product initiatives, working cross-functionally to define scope, make tradeoffs, and deliver high-quality systems in fast-moving environments.
