Senior Software Engineer

## About the role Countly is looking for a Senior Developer who is passionate about using data to help organizations transform and improve their businesses. You'll join Countly as part of our Engineering team, working directly on developing our Analytics Product and working closely with other engineers and Designers to improve our current platform and develop new features. This role requires technical knowledge and curiosity about creating the best products from a user perspective. ## Responsibilities - Own the Development of new features using Node.js, VueJS, and MongoDB - Work in Cross-functional Squads, facilitating the collaboration with the Product, Design, and Customer Facing Teams - Take part in Product Decisions by engaging in essential discussions and bringing problems and solutions. - Contribute to the Platform Quality by ensuring the application's Responsiveness - Maintain Code Integrity and organization - Understand and implement Security and Data Protection measures - Perform Unit, Functional, and Performance Tests - Identifies Issues and Autonomously Debugs them - Participate in writing and updating documentation - Provide Holistic Support to Customers - Be part of a Rotation Support Squad ## Qualifications - More than 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer - Advanced proficiency with JavaScript (NodeJS) and MongoDB - Experience working with Front End JavaScript Libraries (preferably VueJS) - Experience working with Linux (Ubuntu and/or RHEL) - Knowledge of standards tools and technologies, such as Github, Jira, and Docker - Plus: - Experience working in implementing complex UI/UX designs - Knowledge of Clickhouse and LLM ## Benefits and Perks - Remote Work - Flexible Working Hours - Unlimited PTO (Personal Time Off) - Training Budget - Mental Health Counseling (Spill) - Online Events and Coffee Breaks
