## About the role xCelero Labs needs a writer-researcher who can make the invisible visible. You'll publish foresight reports, thesis memos, and deep narrative artifacts that help shape the future we're building. This is part intelligence analyst, part storyteller, part knowledge architect—reporting into the Founders Council and working across ProtoCos and Labs. ## About the company At xCelero Labs, we are more than just a venture ecosystem—we are a singular platform driving civilization-level progress. And where markets emerge, we bring the infrastructure to help them thrive. ## Responsibilities - Write public and internal briefings on thesis areas, tech frontiers, and venture patterns - Translate spinout learnings into scalable knowledge tools - Collaborate with Labs, GPs, and Visiting Partners on research sprints - Help craft Demo Day narratives and investor-facing stories - Steward xCelero's brand voice across decks, docs, and content ## Requirements - Proven background in foresight, research, journalism, or long-form writing - Ability to synthesize complex systems into sharp insights - Deep curiosity about tech, philosophy, science, and system design - Mission-aligned with xCelero's Ubuntu ethos and venture mission ## What we offer - Author thought leadership for a generation-defining studio - Collaborate with founders and builders across 100+ ProtoCos - Shape investment and IP theses that influence global change - Equity and long-term upside via spinout platform ## Commitment Full-Time or Fractional (min 3 days/week) ## Location Global / Remote-first
