For more information, visit raspberry.ai. ## About the role We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the charge on how our users experience and engage with Raspberry AI. As our first dedicated UX designer, you'll be a foundational design leader on the team—helping define how fashion brands interact with Raspberry AI across workflows, features, and surfaces. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and our in-house fashion experts to bring thoughtful, intuitive, and user-obsessed content strategy to life. We're a fast-growing Series A startup backed by a16z, Khosla, and MVP, building generative AI tools that empower fashion brands to design smarter and faster. Our users range from emerging designers to global brands—your work will help them turn creative vision into reality. ## Key Responsibilities - Own the product design function end-to-end: from user research and UX strategy to wireframes, UI, and high-fidelity prototypes - Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and our in-house fashion team to design thoughtful, scalable experiences - Lead design thinking across the company—bringing structure, empathy, and creativity to ambiguous problems - Define and systematize our design patterns and visual language as our platform scales - Participate and lead product reviews with leadership and cross-functional teams - Partner with customer success and user enablement to understand user pain points, needs, and opportunities ## Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in product design, UX, or interaction design at high-growth tech companies or startups - A strong portfolio that showcases user-centered design thinking, elegant UI, and clear problem-solving across complex flows - Comfortable designing for 0→1 as well as iterating on existing products—able to zoom in and out of details and systems - Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you can clearly explain your design decisions and take in feedback thoughtfully - Strong visual design sensibility and an ability to ship polished interfaces quickly - Proficient in Figma (bonus if you've set up or scaled a design system before) - Excited to be the first design hire and help shape a product and design culture from the ground up ## Benefits - Competitive salary and equity options - Comprehensive benefits package including 401k, health, dental, and vision insurance - Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technology with a high-impact team - Fully remote and a supportive company culture - Be part of a rapidly growing company with significant growth potential
