Responsibilities
Lead Operations areas (Processing or Filling) and develop team capabilities; manage staffing including fixed and flex workers; roll out production plans with Planning; ensure adherence to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards; contribute to team culture and morale via performance management; monitor and adjust team performance using Daily Management Systems; apply LEAN/TPM to increase productivity and reduce costs; manage documentation; coordinate AM and PM activities; serve as backup for Production Lead or Operations Lead.
