Responsibilities
Validate and publish corporate actions composite records by reviewing announcements and completing required event terms, key dates, options, and deadlines; Conduct in-depth research using issuer documentation, exchanges/bulletins, web sources, and vendor feeds to reconcile discrepancies and confirm accuracy; Liaise with external parties (agents, custodians, banks, vendors, exchange officials) to obtain and confirm event specifics; Manage exceptions and risk by reviewing daily exception reports, investigating breaks, and ensuring timely resolution aligned to SLAs; Provide client support via email/phone by explaining decisions, citing research, and guiding interpretation; Strengthen quality and controls through QC feedback, procedure enhancements, training documentation, and participation in UAT/process-change initiatives.
