Lead excellence in teaching, learning and student achievement; Coach and develop teaching staff to improve instructional practice; Lead student wellbeing, engagement, attendance and achievement; Develop strategic partnerships with industry, sporting and community stakeholders; Lead the day-to-day operations of the Bunbury Hub; Support pathways, career development and meaningful opportunities for students; Coordinate major student experiences, including camps and Country Week; Support the delivery of university-readiness initiatives and post-school pathway programs; Work closely with families, community organisations and industry partners to strengthen student outcomes; Contribute to strategic planning, compliance requirements and continuous school improvement
