We're a fast-growing team, and engineering is at the core of what we do. ## Role: React Native / Frontend Engineer We're looking for a hands-on engineer to take ownership of our mobile and web platforms — someone who can ship fast, think in systems, and care deeply about user experience. ## What You'll Do - Build and scale production-grade mobile apps (React Native + Expo) - Develop high-performance web apps using Next.js + React - Own features end-to-end — from idea → implementation → monitoring - Work closely with product & ops to solve real-world problems - Optimize performance, reliability, and user experience - Contribute to architecture and technical decisions ## Must-Have Skills - Strong experience with React Native (Expo) in production - Solid frontend fundamentals with React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS - Experience with: - State management (Zustand) - Data fetching (TanStack Query) - Animations (Reanimated) - Strong TypeScript skills - Experience integrating REST APIs - Ability to write and maintain reliable tests (unit/integration) and ensure code quality - Understanding of: - Auth flows - Performance optimization - Error tracking (e.g., Sentry) ## Nice-to-Have - Experience with AWS, PostgreSQL, Python, FastAPI - Familiarity with Figma / design systems - Experience building internal tools or ops-heavy products ## Tech Stack - Mobile: React Native, Expo, Nativewind - Web: Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS - Backend: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL - Infra: AWS - Tools: Git, Sentry, Linear, Figma ## What We Value - Strong ownership — you build it, you own it - Speed + quality (we move fast, but thoughtfully) - Pragmatic problem-solving over over-engineering - Clear communication and low ego ## Why Join Us - Build products used in real-world, high-impact scenarios - Work directly with founders and influence product decisions - Ship fast — no bureaucracy - Massive learning curve in both tech and business
