Responsibilities
Validate and maintain corporate actions and security reference data across multiple asset classes; Monitor domestic and international corporate action announcements and reference data updates from various vendor feeds and internal sources; Perform data validation, research, enrichment, and quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of security and issuer data; Review and maintain key reference data attributes including issuer descriptions, asset classifications, security status, market identifiers, exchange mappings, payout and issue currencies, and related metadata; Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, exceptions, and client queries within defined timelines and service levels; Coordinate with internal teams, technology partners, and external vendors to support operational processes and data quality initiatives; Support onboarding activities, process improvements, and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
