You've steered a scale-up through licensing, hypergrowth, and fundraising rounds > $50M (nice to have, not mandatory). - Quant meets charisma. Fluent in advanced modeling and statistics. Bonus: some Python or R to automate financial pipelines. - Deal-maker. A killer negotiator who has closed partnerships with top-tier banks, asset managers, or institutional investors in at least two continents. - Polyglot. Board-level English plus two additional languages (we're pan-European—accents welcome). - Risk hawk. Deep command of capital adequacy, treasury, liquidity, and enterprise risk frameworks; experience designing them from scratch. - Degree-agnostic, impact-obsessed. MBAs and EMBAs are great, but we hire for grit, brains, and purpose before diplomas. Self-tough? ## First 90 days, next 6-12 months - Map our path to licence approval and stand up regulatory reporting. - Re-architect forecasting, cash management and KPIs in Python-friendly models. - Co-lead our Series Seed, A roadshow with the CEO; close the round. - Scale revenues from low-double-digit $1M to $25M+ on the march to $100M ARR. - Negotiate and land strategic banking and asset-manager partnerships across Europe and North America. - Drive cost-to-income ratio 25 % without killing innovation. - Build a 5-person finance remote and risk guild that punches above its weight. ## Key Steps - Negotiate strategic banking partnerships - Co-lead Seed, Series A - Drive cost-to-income ratio - Build risk and finance team - Get involved in license approval underway ## How to Apply Attach a CV and portfolio that proves two things: - You've already scaled something—revenue, teams, or both. - You can show the math behind your proudest financial wins.
