Full Stack Developer

## About the role As our Full Stack Engineer, you will be developing fast, reliable, and scalable web applications while taking responsibility for shipping core backend features. ## About the company kwiqreply is a SAAS startup focused on omni-channel CRM that enables SMEs to handle sales, marketing and customer support at scale. Our AI powered no-code chatbot builder also helps customers to create chatbots within minutes. ## Roles and Responsibilities - Architect, optimize and scale complex systems like the database engine and APIs - Develop and maintain web application using Django, Python, and related technologies - Follow TDD and write well-designed, factored, and tested code - Develop new features and maintain existing code - Solve complex product and engineering challenges alongside the core team - Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions - Design client-side and server-side architecture - Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency - Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software - Create security and data protection settings - Write technical documentation ## Requirements - Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role - 1+ Years of experience developing web applications - Familiarity with common stacks - Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) - Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Python, Django) - Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, AWS DynamoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache), and UI/UX design - Develop and deploy applications on AWS Serverless services (Lambda, Step Functions, APIGateway) - Exposure to Cloud Infrastructure (Azure/GCP/AWS) - Stellar problem-solving, research, and analytical skills - Excellent communication and teamwork skills
