We are seeking a Mobile App Developer who specializes in creating stunning, intuitive, and flawless mobile applications in Flutter or React Native with AI First approach. This role will focus on transforming product and creative designs into visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive mobile app interfaces by leveraging modern AI tools. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mobile design principles and expertise in crafting seamless user experiences tailored for mobile platforms. [Note that this job requires you to work from office thrice a week.] ## What you'll do - Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. Native with Cursor or Claude Code - Develop in days not months! - Lead/manage the development, maintenance, and deployment pipeline of our mobile app - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to integrate APIs and deliver flawless user experiences - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on performance optimization - Implement intuitive UI/UX designs, animations, and responsive layouts - Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve the mobile app experience - Conduct code reviews, testing, and deploy updates while ensuring app reliability - Stay updated on the latest mobile design trends, tools, and Flutter capabilities ## What you'll need - 3+ years of proven experience as a mobile app developer, with a focus on Flutter or React Native based applications - Experience developing rapidly with Cursor or Windsurf - Strong knowledge of Dart (Flutter) or JavaScript/TypeScript (React Native) - Experience in Swift or Kotlin or X-Code is an added advantage - Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional mobile app development and user experiences elements - Familiarity in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. - Experience with libraries and APIs, specifically those related to health and fitness hardware and Geolocation (e.g. HealthKit, Maps, etc) - Knowledge of Flutter or React Native's UI framework, widgets, and design conventions - Experience with version control systems like Git and deployment automations - Understanding of mobile design principles and usability - Experience in deploying apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
