As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking talented individuals to join us and contribute to our continued success. ## Job Purpose We are looking for a Talend Snowflake Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Snowflake-based data solutions to support business objectives. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather and translate data requirements into scalable solutions, managing small teams to drive project execution, and optimizing data pipelines for performance and efficiency. Additionally, the role requires ensuring seamless integration with third-party tools and adherence to best practices in data security, governance, and compliance. ## Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake environments, including databases, schemas, and virtual warehouses to support business operations. - Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing. - Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment of Snowflake resources and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design scalable data architectures that align with organizational goals and requirements. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, pipelines, and architectural decisions to support transparency and knowledge sharing. - Apply industry best practices for performance tuning, query optimization, and resource management to enhance overall system efficiency. ## Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Snowflake development or administration. - Strong proficiency in SQL, ETL tools such as Informatica, and Python scripting for data processing and automation. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices to streamline development and deployment workflows. - Solid understanding of key Snowflake features, including cloning, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), and query profiling. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. ## What we offer - Your freedom and opportunity to grow rapidly in your career.
