Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment and building systems; Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and related facility systems; Respond to work orders and service requests; Inspect facility equipment to identify safety hazards; Repair or replace pumps, motors, valves, filters, belts, bearings, and lighting fixtures; Conduct routine inspections of HVAC equipment, air handlers, boilers, and chillers; Maintain interior and exterior building infrastructure; Perform minor carpentry, painting, drywall, and flooring repairs; Utilize CMMS to document work performed; Support emergency response activities; Assist with equipment installations and renovations; Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations; Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
