Become a Licensed Financial Service professional and recruiter, you will be trainned by seasoned Recruiters/Agent Advisors on our system. You will also be trained on how to provide comprehensive financial services to clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to create a strong background in this business as a Licensed Financial Professional and a top tier Recruiter. We are looking for individuals with a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals, get acess to financial resources and building a BIG Business. We are open to transitioning DoD Service Members as well. ## Responsibilities - Learn to recruit top tier partners using our scripted templates and other tools. - Learn to conduct thorough Financial Analysis for clients to determine their current financial situation and future goals - Learn to develop personalized financial plans based on clients' needs and objectives - Learn how to buil a strong recruiting team that generates passive income. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial planning - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, and best practices in Recruiting - Learn to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners through strong communication and exceptional service - You will be collaborating with other professionals on our platform, such as Estate Attorneys, CPAs, Debt Specialists and Retierment Planners, to provide comprehensive asset and wealth management solutions - Actively participate in business development activities to expand your client base ## Qualifications - Must be a U.S. Citizen and reside in the United States of America. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues - Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously - If you are a results-oriented individual with a passion for Recruiting and also, helping others achieve their financial goals, we would love to hear from you.
