Responsibilities
Handle export control questions and permits with ISP; Coordinate and quality assure documentation for hardware/software deliveries; Lead LPM and CBM meetings; Manage booking and follow-up of inbound/outbound transports; Act as primary contact for Posti, transporters, and partners like DHL; Handle customs and export-related issues; Ensure correct registration and classification in IFS; Follow up on delivery agreement scope and report to steering group; Identify and drive improvements and cost savings in delivery flow; Develop and ensure effective work methods and processes
