We are currently looking for an experienced and talented Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team and help us make a difference. ## Responsibilities - Collaborate with the founders to develop, implement, and maintain a high-quality web application. - Utilize React JS, HTML, and CSS for front-end development, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience. - Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node JS and Python for back-end development. - Integrate APIs to streamline processes and enhance the functionality of our platform. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows best practices and industry standards. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize our web applications to enhance performance and maintain scalability. - Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to continuously improve the quality of our codebase. - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure successful project completion and a positive work environment. ## Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a focus on web development. - Deep understanding of scalable system architecture and building performant applications - Strong proficiency in React JS, HTML, and CSS for front-end development. - Extensive experience with Node JS and Python for back-end development. - API integration experience strongly preferred. - Familiarity with Google Cloud and Firebase is strongly preferred. - Familiarity with building secure backend systems and dev ops is strongly preferred. - Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. - Passion for our mission to provide affordable, high-quality mental healthcare to all. ## What We Offer - Competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience. - Opportunity to work remotely, with a flexible schedule that promotes work-life balance. - A supportive and collaborative work environment, where your contributions will have a direct impact on countless lives. - Opportunities for personal and professional growth within a fast-growing, innovative company.
