Elicit, analyze, and concretize business needs; Document and break down requirements into epics, features, and user stories; Support Product Owner in prioritization, refinement, and structuring of the backlog; Ensure requirements are clear, anchored, and sufficiently developed for effective development; Drive dialogue between business and development to create consensus on solutions and needs; Conduct workshops and process mapping to create understanding of flows, logic, and dependencies; Contribute to reducing Product Owner and developer workload, shortening time-to-development, and strengthening team delivery capacity
