Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies; Support the team in structuring and prioritizing daily operational activities and sprint work; Monitor sprint deliveries, team capacity, and relevant performance indicators; Create, track, and analyze ITSM and agile KPIs to support decision-making; Identify improvement opportunities across incidents, requests, workflows, and delivery processes; Drive continuous improvement initiatives with managers and team members; Manage escalations and remove impediments to maintain delivery progress; Coach teams in Scrum, SAFe, ITSM, ITIL, and ITOps ways of working; Support the Product Owner with backlog refinement and prioritization; Facilitate effective collaboration across teams and functions; Coordinate audit-related work covering processes, controls, documentation, and follow-up actions
