Specify, develop, purchase, setup and follow up new production equipment; Follow up and improve production equipment in production; Create and maintain P-FMEA's & Control Plans; Support production groups & operators in production engineering issues; Develop and continuously improve production methods; Create and maintain product documentation & work instructions; Build and evaluate prototypes based on processes; Participate in PAR work for new equipment; Participate in quotation and liaison work for new business; Participate in the implementation process of Change Requests and Change Orders; Support in QA matters; Participate and support in product audits & internal revisions; Develop and improve production group and factory layout; Monitor, follow up and improve production engineering targets (Test yields, Production group efficiency, Production group stop times, OEE measurement, Internal PPM statistics)
