Coordinate QA/QC progress with staff and subcontractors for piping and spool fabrication; Conduct on-site visual inspections and NDE activities; Prepare and manage QA/QC documentation including Welding Maps and Project Weld Reports; Schedule and monitor inspection activities and resource allocation; Review welding joint preparations and quality by sampling; Coordinate PWHT and coordinate with engineering/purchase/finance for design and material dispatch; Train welders to minimize rejection rates; Control welding consumables and prepare handover documentation.
