In this role, you will help create computer vision applications that need to perform reliably in varied real-world environments and use cases. You will work across the full product lifecycle and contribute to solutions where software quality, performance, and robustness matter. This is an exciting opportunity if you want to combine AI, computer vision, and software engineering in a product-focused environment. ## Responsibilities - Develop and maintain computer vision and AI-based software applications. - Design and implement software for Linux-based embedded systems using C++ and Python. - Improve algorithms with a focus on accuracy, robustness, and performance. - Take part in the full software development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, validation, and maintenance. - Use a data-driven approach to analyze results and continuously improve solution quality. - Collaborate closely with software developers, AI engineers, and other specialists in cross-functional teams. - Contribute to the development of next-generation AI-powered products. ## Requirements - Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering Physics, Mathematics, or a related field. - Experience with, or a strong interest in, Computer Vision, AI, or Machine Learning. - Programming experience in C++, Python, and Linux environments. - A strong interest in software engineering, algorithm development, and complex technical problem-solving. - The ability to work well with others in a collaborative development environment. ## Nice to Have - Experience with data-driven algorithm development. - Experience with Machine Learning or AI-based product development. - Experience with embedded software development. - Experience with performance optimization and software validation. ## Benefits - Permanent employment at Avaron AB - Occupational pension - Wellness allowance of SEK 5,000 per year Application Selections are made on an ongoing basis – apply as soon as you can.
