Kontorsstädning / Office cleaning - Kalmar

## Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality cleaning services, working both independently and as part of a team. - Perform daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, floor care, surface cleaning, kitchen and restroom cleaning. - Handle dishes, waste, and recycling. - Maintain cleanliness in office environments. - Work flexible hours, including weekdays (day and evening) and weekends (from 5:30 AM to approximately 1:00 PM). ## Requirements - Must speak and understand basic Swedish or English. - Have previous experience in a service profession. - Be detail-oriented, punctual, responsible, and committed to cleaning. - Be willing to grow and develop professionally. - Be able to work flexible working hours. - Have a Swedish personal number or a coordination number. ## Nice to Have - B driver’s license (own car is a plus). - Experience as a Home Cleaner, Office Cleaner, or equivalent. ## Benefits - Permanent position of 50–75% after 6-month probationary period. - Collective agreements and good employment terms. - Fixed monthly salary. - Mileage compensation for using own car. - Paid travel time between customers. - Health insurance, third-party insurance, and retirement pension insurance. - Wellness allowance of SEK 2,400 per year. - Free mobile phone subscription. - Free training in cleaning and service. - Field Lead/Buddy support. - Social events. - Friskvårdsbidrag. - Free education opportunities. - International team environment.
