Further information can be found at flexpowermodules.com or on LinkedIn. ## Responsibilities - Work in product development projects together with a project manager, electronic design engineers, mechanic-, software- and simulation engineers - Leading the work in electronic design, thermal & magnetic design, evaluation & verification of our products - Collecting and analyzing data from global hyper-scalers and partners to influence roadmaps and drive the development of next generation products - Technical discussions with our customers with aim to find technical solutions align requirements and verification plans - Holding up the pre-development according to technology and product roadmap - Contributing with colleagues from the engineering department on product feasibility ## Requirements - Academic degree in electrical engineering - or similar - Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills - Knowledge in thermal- & magnetic design is an advantage - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions ## Benefits - Edge technology within DC-DC converters - High engineering competence in the team - Opportunity to work with our world-known customers directly - Long-term role with many opportunities to learn, grow and develop - we turn jobs into careers A career at Flex Power Modules offers the opportunity to make a difference and invest in your growth in a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
