We are currently looking for a Process Automation Developer for an international industrial company, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with both the business and technical development within automation and digitalization. The role suits you who have a few years of experience with workflow, BPMS, or process automation and who want to take the next step towards a more technically leading role. You will work on designing and developing business processes that help the business work smarter, faster, and more structured. At the same time, you will become part of an exciting initiative within automation, AI, and future digital ways of working. This is not a traditional developer role. You enjoy understanding how the business works and how processes can be improved, simplified, and automated with the help of technology. You feel comfortable in dialogue with both users, business, and technical teams and have an interest in how solutions are designed in a sustainable way over time. As a person, you are proactive and like to take responsibility for your work. You are curious, ask questions, and want to understand both the business's needs and the technical consequences of different solutions. You are comfortable coming up with your own ideas, challenging requirements when needed, and contributing to finding long-term sustainable solutions. At the same time, you are unpretentious and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve the best possible result. We believe that you have experience of: * BPMS, workflow, or process automation platforms such as Decisions, Camunda, Pega, Nintex, or similar * Designing, configuring, or further developing business processes and workflows * Working with forms, workflow logic, business rules, or similar functionality in a process platform * Process mapping, requirement dialogues, and business-close work * Integrations, APIs, and databases * Agile development environments ## Nice to Have It is meritorious if you have experience of: * BPMN, process modeling, or end-to-end process design * AI, low-code platforms, or process automation in larger organizations * Taking technical responsibility for solutions or acting as a technical guide in projects ## Other * Start: As agreed * Extent: Full-time * Location: Stockholm Selection is ongoing.
