## Responsibilities
- Follow up, analyze, and develop supplier performance based on defined KPIs.
- Drive and coordinate transport procurement.
- Evaluate suppliers and transport solutions based on business needs, quality, capacity, cost, and sustainability.
- Identify risks, deviations, and improvement areas and initiate relevant actions.
- Follow up on contracts, service levels, and cost development.
- Build and develop long-term relationships with suppliers and transport partners.
- Drive improvement initiatives and development projects together with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute with analyses, reporting, and decision support related to supplier performance and logistics flows.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and IT to support business objectives.
- Contribute to the development of processes, methods, and strategies within Supplier Management.
## Requirements
- Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, economics, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in supplier management, sourcing, transport procurement, or similar roles.
- Experience with supplier performance tracking and KPI management.
- Good understanding of logistics and transport flows.
- Experience with analysis, reporting, and data-driven improvement work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Good system proficiency and experience with Excel and reporting tools.
## Nice to Have
- Experience in the transport or logistics industry.
- Experience with strategic supplier work and contract negotiations.
- Experience with BI tools and data analysis.
- Experience with sustainability work related to supplier or transport chains.
- Experience with change leadership or improvement projects.
