Calculate and organize data for complex process flow sheets; model processes and unit operations; prepare specifications and operating instructions for processing equipment; conduct tests and measurements to determine control over variables like temperature, density, pressure, and viscosity; service, troubleshoot, and solve engineering problems with processes or equipment already in operation; ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations; plan and conduct small-sized assigned projects within engineering specialty; implement plans and monitor execution for adherence; participate in basic economic analysis and feasibility studies; assist in the design of products, processes, equipment, systems, or facilities; investigate, conduct tests or experiments, gather data, perform preliminary analysis, and report findings; create or modify designs for basic problems; interpret problems and recommend solutions; improve methods, designs, or processes to reduce costs; assist in the training of personnel required for the operation of facilities or equipment; establish contacts with supervisors, project leaders, and other professionals; prepare written communication and convey information effectively; establish networks and build relationships with colleagues, customers, contractors, and vendors; identify ways to increase customer satisfaction; comply with all regulations and standards for Quality, Environment, Health, Safety, and Energy (EHS&E) Global Policies.
