## About the Role Product Research: Help with market research, competitor analysis, and understanding customer needs. Feature Prioritization: Assist in gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to prioritize product features. Product Roadmap: Help define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring that development aligns with business objectives. Wireframing and Prototyping: Assist in creating wireframes or prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar. Data Analysis: Help with analyzing data related to user behavior, product usage, and key metrics to inform product decisions. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams to deliver product features. ## Desired Skills - Technical Knowledge: Understanding of SaaS platforms, especially operational automation and AI, would be an advantage. - Analytical Skills: Ability to collect and analyze data to derive actionable insights. - Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to facilitate collaboration across teams. - Product Tools: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or others related to product management. ## Project Focus - Current Projects: The intern could support ongoing projects such as the AI-powered operational excellence platform for QSRs, focusing on task automation, image verification, and action creation. - New Initiatives: Involvement in potential new product features like the attendance module for restaurants, operational automations for hospitals, or the API integration for industries like manufacturing and textiles. ## Learning Opportunities - Product Development Lifecycle: Gain exposure to the complete product lifecycle from ideation to deployment. - AI and SaaS Platforms: Learn how AI is applied in operational workflows and how SaaS platforms are designed and scaled.
