## About the role Javis is looking for highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineers who are adept at leveraging large language models to develop innovative solutions and enhance business operations. ## What we offer - 20% ESOPS granted each year for 4 years, excluding the CTC offered. ## Responsibilities - Evaluate, fine-tune, and deploy large-scale language models to solve complex NLP tasks. - Lead the development and integration of LLM-based applications, ensuring high performance and alignment with business objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical leadership in the strategic deployment of LLM technologies. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in large language models. - Drive innovation and contribute to the overall growth and success of the AI team. ## Requirements - 2+ years of Experience working with Large Language Models or Computer Vision - B.Tech / M.Tech degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or equivalent from Tier 1 institutes. - Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch / TensorFlow / Jax, spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers, etc. - Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
