Join our dynamic and innovative team to contribute to the next big thing in record management technology. ## About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated React Native Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms. You will work closely with our product and design teams to deliver a top-notch mobile experience for our users. ## Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain high-quality React Native applications for both iOS and Android platforms. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand and implement new features. - Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and user experience. - Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code with comprehensive testing. - Debug and resolve performance issues and bugs. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. - Ensure that all apps meet technical standards and guidelines for both platforms. ## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Proven experience in developing mobile applications using React Native. - Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and modern front-end development practices. - Familiarity with native build tools, like Xcode, Gradle, Android Studio, IntelliJ. - Experience with integrating third-party libraries and APIs. - Knowledge of mobile app architecture and design patterns. - Ability to write well-documented, clean code. - Experience with Redux or similar state management libraries. - Proficiency in using Git for version control. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience with TypeScript. - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for networking. - Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks and methodologies. - Understanding of mobile security best practices. - Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus. ## What We Offer - Competitive salary and equity options. - Flexible working hours and remote work options. - Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team. - Continuous learning and professional development opportunities. - Paid time off and holidays.
