React Node Full Stack Developer

## About the role Navtech is looking for a Full Stack Developer (ReactJS & NodeJS) for working on some of the cutting edge technologies combined with an ability to be innovative while creating solutions in a team environment. Working as a Full Stack Developer at Navtech, you will: - Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces while ensuring optimal performance, usability, and cross-browser compatibility. - Develop reusable front-end components and implement efficient state management practices. - Create and maintain robust, secure, and scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using NodeJS. - Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and fellow developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards. - Ensure application security, performance optimization, and data integrity across both front-end and back-end systems. - Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of development processes. - Contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and design to deployment and support. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and proactively recommend improvements to existing applications and processes. - Enhance organizational reputation by accepting ownership of new challenges and identifying opportunities to add value through technology. ## Who Are We Looking For Exactly? - Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and NodeJS. - Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. - Strong understanding of front-end architecture, component-based development, state management, and responsive design principles. - Solid computer science fundamentals including Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, and Software Engineering principles. - Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architectures. - Working knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or other relational/non-relational databases. - Experience with Git, version control workflows, and CI/CD practices. - Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerization, and cloud-based deployments is a plus. - Strong understanding of web application security, authentication, authorization, and performance optimization techniques. - Passion for writing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders. - Thorough understanding of application architecture, APIs, databases, caching mechanisms, load balancing, and web services. - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Technology Management, or a related field, with education completed in English medium. ## What we offer - Performance review and Appraisal Twice a year. - Competitive pay package with additional bonus & benefits. - Work with US, UK & Europe based industry renowned clients for exponential technical growth. - Medical Insurance cover for self & immediate family. - Work with a culturally diverse team from different geographies. ## About the company Navtech is a premier IT software and Services provider.
