Responsibilities
Prepare, present, serve and deliver meals, snacks and refreshments in line with resident dietary requirements and preferences; Set up and clear dining rooms, serveries and meal trolleys for each service period; Support basic food preparation, plating and portion control under direction; Maintain clean, safe and organised kitchen, dining and food service areas; Wash dishes, utensils, trays and equipment using approved procedures; Follow the Food Safety Program, including temperature checks, cleaning schedules, stock rotation and safe food handling practices; Report hazards, maintenance issues, food service concerns or resident feedback to the relevant supervisor.
