Job Overview:
The Poznan University of Medical Sciences is seeking a Leading Researcher (R4) to serve as the Head of the Pediatric Dentistry Clinic. The position involves significant scientific and professional achievements, with a focus on pediatric dentistry.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education Level: PhD or equivalent.
- Academic Title: Title of professor, degree of habilitated doctor, or employment as a university professor.
- Specialization: Specialization in pediatric dentistry meeting the requirements set out in Art. 113 of the Act of July 20, 2018, Law on Higher Education and Science and in § 33 sec. 2 of the PUMS Statute.
- Language: Polish (Excellent level).
- Primary Employment: Declaration that the PUMS is or will be the candidate's primary place of work.

Required Application Documents:
1. Declaration of application.
2. CV containing information about education, professional qualifications, and the course of previous employment along with contact details.
3. Self-report informing about scientific and research, didactic and educational, organizational and professional achievements.
4. Information on activities in the field of education of scientific staff.
5. Document confirming the possession of a title of professor, an academic degree of habilitated doctor, or an employment as a university professor.
6. List of scientific achievements with a summary (bibliometric list) confirmed by the scientific library.
7. The proposed development program of the Pediatric Dentistry Clinic.
8. Documents confirming obtaining a specialization in pediatric dentistry.
9. Declaration that the candidate meets the requirements arising from Art. 113 of the Act of July 20, 2018, Law on Higher Education and Science.
10. Declaration that the candidate meets the requirements specified in § 33 sec. 2 of the PUMS Statute.
11. For candidates born before August 1, 1972: declaration referred to in Art. 7 sec. 1 of the Act of 18 October 2006 on the disclosure of information on documents of state security authorities from the years 1944-1990, or the information referred to in Art. 7 sec. 3a of this Act.
12. Statement that the Poznan University of Medical Sciences is or will be the candidate's primary place of work.
13. Consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of recruitment.
14. If the candidate is not an employee of PUMS: copies of employment certificates from previous workplaces and at least two opinions confirming the candidate's qualifications.
